Every customer, new or renewing, will now get DeedLock™, an ongoing title and deed protection service, built into every coverage tier at no extra cost.
Powered by Gold Patrons’ data technology, DeedLock™ continuously monitors a homeowner’s property records and alerts them the moment suspicious activity appears on their title. If a fraudulent transfer does occur, DeedLock™ handles the remediation.

If something looks wrong, DeedLock™ notifies the homeowner right away and manages the resolution through its U.S.-based Resolution Center, including restoring the title to the rightful owner. There are no added fees or rate increases if an incident occurs, and coverage never lapses for active members.
